Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Visa Electron Backordered items are refunded and not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All goods will be despatched on receipt of payment or upon clearance of cheques (usually 4 working days) . There is a minimum charge of £3.23 including VAT for post and packing. Orders above 750g will be charged according to the total weight of the order which will be calculated at the checkout. For delivery to Non UK countries, please place the order through "invoice with order" on the payment section & we will email you with a quote.
Delivery Schedule Please allow 21 days for the despatch of your order, though we endeavour to despatch within 3 working days.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All items will be closely inspected before despatch. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please e-mail kraxi.co.uk immediately or telephone 01970 624141 quoting your order number. Instructions for goods you may wish to return will be included in your package.
Return postage will be refunded if goods are faulty.

We hope you will be delighted with your order but understand that you may wish to return certain items even though they are undamaged. The items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Once we have received the goods you will be offered an exchange, refund or credit note. provided the goods are in perfect condition. The returns parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us . Please wrap the item securely, use insured registered delivery, and keep the receipt as proof of posting.
The cost of returning these goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect you statutory rights.

For hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears may not be returned.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please email sales@kraxi.co.uk. We aim to deliver products within 3 working days, so we recommend that, should you wish to cancel, you do so within 24 hours as we may have already processed your order. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been despatched, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy above.
